Multilayer Vibrated Dryer
   Dingyi® XZG series rotary vibrating drier is widely used for drying, cooling and pelleting of powder and granules in chemical, light industry, pharmaceutics, food, plastic, cereals and oil, mineral residues, salt making, and sugar, etc. 

    1. Working principle of vibrating drier 

    Our vibrating drier uses the principle of two vibrating motor to vibrate vertically and twist to make the material leap forward in the required direction. In the meantime, the hot air input from bottom of the vibrating tunnel thoroughly contacts the material to exchange heat through convection and achieve the goal of quick drying.
    The vibrating drier consists of boards with holes on each layer. Materials move around on the top board and then enter into the lower board till at last discharge as the finish product material from the discharge opening.
    Hot air enters various layers through the separating hole at the bottom and completes the drying process during the material movement.

     2.Features of the vibrating drier

    Flexible structure. The user may add or reduce the layers to complete all kinds of drying, conveying and cooling mission at the same time.
    As the hot air moves upward from the bottom board through various layers and finally discharged by the drought fan, the heat can be thoroughly utilized for apparent energy saving effects.
    The vibrating drier also has a sorting function. Granulate dried materials are discharged from the discharge opening at the bottom and powder dried materials are recycled by the cyclone separator.
 
     3.Application of the vibrating drier
     The vibrating drier is applicable to the drying and cooling of heat-sensitive materials, such as food, chemical, fodder, bait, plastic, salt making, vegetables, TCM pills, sliced shrimps, small shrimps, medicine, oxalate, feed yeast, TCM, decoction pieces, organic and inorganic compound fertilizer, bio-feed, organic drug powder, mineral salts (ferrisulphas), bio-fertilizer, etc. 
               Corn: 25%—14%                          Granulated fodder: 30%—11%
               Calcium lactate: 50%—20%               Cellulose fibrin: 35%—3%
               Quartz powder: 15%—1%                  Thiourea: 30%—2.5%
               Compound fertilizer: 24%—5%            Sebacic acid: 10%—0.1%
               Activated charcoal: 40%—7%
